Mark coordinates the Eirmersive projects portfolio, which includes the rollout of the new online member portal, the creation of an industry census survey baseline, the association’s research agenda and an outreach programme for member supports.

With a passion for numbers, he protects the company's financial health and stability helping guide strategic decision-making within the organisation.
