Gemma routinely advises on corporate governance, shareholders arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt fundraising.

Jacinta is a multifaceted creative professional and Creative Advisor with IMVA, the Irish Museum of Virtual Art. As a founding member of Eirmersive, Jacinta demonstrates her commitment to advancing Virtual and Augmented Reality Technologies in the Visual Arts space. Her professional affiliations extend to Visual Artists Ireland VAI and TUS LSAD Research Institute, showcasing her active involvement in the broader artistic community, while also contributing her expertise in her capacity as External Representative of The Jennings Gallery Committee at University College Cork.

Sarah Haslam
Sarah Haslam is Director of Training, Programmes & Research with Foróige, the National Youth Development Organisation. Sarah has over 18 years’ experience in youth work and non-formal education. In her current role, Sarah has overall responsibility for the provision of quality and effective training, learning, development and programmatic opportunities for the over 600 staff employed in Foróige.Sarah also has a keen interest in emerging and new technologies and has spearheaded the development of a suite of new digital youth work programmes under the umbrella brand Foróige Go- digital skills for what's now and next.
